Simplified Return & Exchange Policy – SkullJewellery.com
We get it—sometimes things don’t fit or go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process:
Exchanges (Wrong Size or Change of Mind)
✔ Send your item back with $6.95 per item to cover return shipping & handling (International: $19.95 USD).
✔ Bubble wrap each item securely to avoid damage during return.
✔ Include your order number and a typed note with your name and requested size or exchange instructions.
✔ Order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package, or it will be refused.

Received the Wrong Item or Defective Product?
Mistakes happen (though it’s rare).
✔ If we made an error, simply write REFUSED on the package and return it via USPS at no cost.
✔ For peace of mind, you can ship it back with tracking (recommended).
✔ No return fee applies if it was our mistake.
Jewelry with Stones
Items with stones must be inspected and reported within 24 hours of delivery for defects or missing stones.
✔ Free exchange within 24 hours.
✔ After 24 hours, a $19.95 return fee applies (U.S.) and $29.95 (International).
Free Gift Items
Free items are added to qualifying orders. If the size doesn’t fit, consider gifting it to a friend or family member.
Free gifts are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
Multiple Order Returns / Restocking Fee
✔ We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for excessive returns or multi-order refunds.
✔ If returning items from multiple orders, request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) via email before shipping.
✔ RA#s will not be given over the phone—Email: myskulljewellery@gmail.com.
