Got the ring and went for a mo

Got the ring and went for a motorcycle ride. When I stopped for gas, about an hour after putting the ring on, the stone had fallen out. Emailed the company and was told "we disclose the stone is glued in". Not exactly sure what that's supposed to mean. Said they'd contact the manufacturer to have another stone sent...guess I'd put it together myself. After two weeks, the only response since my initial has been literally two words, "in production". Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere. A shame a decent product is ruined by horrible "customer service".

Very sorry for the short response earlier. I've been in the office since 6am and while most businesses close at 5pm I had responded to your email at 7:38pm. I should probably just stop answering the phone and email at 5pm so that way I can respond longer the following day.

The ring is still in 'production.'

I probably should have went into a long winded explanation explaining all the intricacies in manufacturing a ring and having to send it out to a 3rd party company to have the stones set by hand but after our previous emails letting you know we do not warranty jewelry with stones but we were making an exception with you I thought the quick 'still in production' response was enough.

I know for next time.

Again the ring arrived in perfect condition to you. We will still warranty it as that is what we promised. Please send the old item back so we can have a new stone set for you.
