I have not received my rings a

I have not received my rings as a matter of fact my tracking records indicated that it was supposed to be delivered on the Oct 2 . Then I saw the carrier had rerouted back in shipping very suspicious.

I’ve contacted the owner and I still have yet to get a valid explanation why my package is missing . Also why I haven’t gotten a replacement he’s responsible for delivery not me !! Talking about there’s nothing he can do about it .. nonsense !!! Get it resolved immediately
